SINOSAB Styrene butadiene rubbers is a clear non-staining SBR polymer produced by the cold emulsion process, using a mixture of fatty and resinous soaps with an emulsifying agent and an antioxidant non-staining agent, and coagulated in a salt-acid system. Some grades are solid and some are modified by extender oils. Styrene-butadiene rubbers are stabilized by staining or non-staining antioxidants.
SINOSAB Styrene butadiene rubbers have widely application, they are appropriate for rubber compounds used in the production of car tires and inner tubes, conveyor belts, footwear, cables, hosepipes and various technical rubber articles.Non-staining grades of rubber are appropriate for compounds used in the production of floor coverings, bicycle tires, footwear, children toys, cables, hosepipes and various rubber articles having light color shades.

The SBR should be stored in standard SINOSAB 35 KGS bags with inner PE foil and stored in a cool and dry place at temperatures below 40 C. Exposure to light must be avoided and also other hear sources. The suggest storage period is within 18 months.

1502 | 1502 is used in the manufacture of tires and camelback and in applications that required a clear rubber with a non-staining antioxidant, such as shoe soles, clear and colored shoes heels, sports goods, surgical goods. Cylinder coatings, erasers and moulded goods in general. | ||||||||||
1712 | 1712 is used for need of low cost together with resistance to ear and tear, resistance to cracking and excellent processing conditions. It process easily in extrusion and calendaring, due to its oil content, it is used in tire, retreat, conveyor belts, piping, hoses, tubings, carpets, moulded products in general and shoe soles. | ||||||||||
